The face is a delightful aesthetic indulgence as the exposed mechanics not only reveal the intricate workings of the Longcase, but are beautifully decorated with gems which are laid in minute studs and tiny coloured screws which adds a lavish dimension to the watch.

The watch is beautiful. Looks and feels very good quality. But I'd have preferred the dial hands to be of a different colour cos it can be a bit hard to read the time. The watch is quite large. Unless you like large watches or you have large wrists, otherwise this watch is not for you. I don't have large wrists but I'm a sucker for big *** watches.
