REDEFINING THE NEW CLASSIC
Named after the legendary watchmaker whose timepieces helped guide Charles Darwin's voyage around the world, a spirit of adventure and exploration lies at the heart of the Thomas Earnshaw ethos. Each collection of watches is named after an iconic explorer, location or vessel that perfectly embodies the values of Thomas Earnshaw: courage to go beyond the expected.
THE THOMAS EARNSHAW ETHOS
Our vision is simple: to make great watches at exceptionally fair prices. Inspired by the 'Father of the Modern Chronometer' and a love for vintage watchmaking techniques, in 2012 Thomas Earnshaw set out to fill a unique gap in the market. With a nostalgia for the golden age of elegance and watchmaking, we aimed to go beyond the expected and redefine the new classic - and our watches have done just this.
OUR LEGACY
Thomas Earnshaw watches are designed to be different. Drawing inspiration from the past, with a unique, vintage-inspired aesthetic unlike any other brand, each timepiece showcases fine craftsmanship and fantastic watchmaking techniques, at a fair price. Known for our intricate, skeletonised movements and exhibition case backs, we're constantly testing new materials, colour combinations and techniques to reimagine the classic watch for today.

This timepiece takes its name from George Stephenson (1781-1848), a pioneering railway engineer and inventor of the 'Rocket', the most famous early railway locomotive.
The watch features a mechanical hand-winding skeleton movement, perhaps the truest form of original watchmaking, when the wind-up of the timepiece was necessary to keep good timing conditions for the wearer.
With a guilloche-finished outer dial, the inner dial is exposed and overlayed with awheel construction rotating as the seconds display.

Named after the iconic building bearing the same name, the Royal Albert Skeleton Mechanical timepiece is a stylish, classical tribute to its iconic namesake.
Measuring 42mm in diameter, the watch is balanced perfectly for a great fit on the wrist for an effortless every day wear.
A handwinding mechanical movement returns the wearer to the origins of watchmaking creating a more intimate connection between man and machine, where both are connected to the end function of timetelling.
The Roman Indexes on the outer frame the inner guilloche patterned inner dial which exhibits cut away detailing to give a front peek at the inner workings of the hand winding mechanical movement, which powers the watch.
This is a captivating timepiece that evokes the grandeur and majesty of one of Britains most enduring landmarks.
